Note the article number and/or exact description and the price

Send an email to order@astro-okulare.de,
in which you write down the articles and prices. Please do not forget to add
the delivery address and how you would like to pay (if you are German
resident). You will immediately receive an automatic email which tells you that
we have received your order. Ordering via Fax is also a possibility:
+49-421-6589744.

You will get a personal answer (normally within 24 hours) with an order
confirmation and an estimated shipping date.
Shipping costs:
Within Germany: 6.00
Euro, if the order is more than 75.00 Euro, no shipment costs are added.
Within EU:
Standard shipment: 10.00 Euro (lasts from about 3 days, e.g.
France, up to 15 days, e.g. Greece)
Air freight: 15.00 Euro (about 2 to 5 days)
Possible Payment:
Payment in advance:
You will get together with the order confirmation an invoice attached to
the email. After we have got credit on our account the articles will be
shipped. For this kind of payment you will get 2% discount on the articles.
Delivery together with invoice (sorry - only possible for delivery
within Germany):
The articles will be shipped as soon as possible. An invoice is attached
to the packet.
